- Prepaid nights purchased in GBP can be used at The Hoxton Shoreditch, Holborn, Southwark, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome and Berlin. They will also be valid on The Hoxton’s upcoming European openings, once public booking becomes available. When purchased in GBP, Travel Pledge cannot be used against US hotel nights.
- Each night includes one night in a Cosy room including applicable, taxes, fees and destination fee
- Taxes and fees included in the cost of bookings, including destination fee where applicable
- Two nights per travel pledge purchaser can be used on the same night at the same property at any given time
- A guest may purchase one Travel Pledge for the US, and one for Europe. The Hoxton reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchases which violate these policies.
- Travel Pledge nights can be gifted to another person by sending the SK Chase PDF to the recipient but Travel Pledge products cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale of pre-purchased nights will result in the cancellation and forfeiture of any remaining nights associated with the order ID.
- Prepaid nights are valid for stays through March 31, 2023. Remaining balance of purchased prepaid nights is forfeited as of April 1, 2023 refunds for unused nights will not be allowed
- If a hotel pre opening is delayed until after March 31, 2023 you will not be able to book in that location
- Travel pledge bookings will default to property level cancellation policies at the time of booking. Please refer to property FAQs page at https://thehoxton.com/faqs/

- Travel Pledge confirmations may take up to 72 hours to be delivered. If documents are not received please contact enquiries@skchase.com. The first date of stay must be 72 hours after the purchase of the Travel Pledge.
- Please plan your hotel stays 72 hours in advance and be aware they are based on availability
- Prepaid nights have no monetary value and may not be redeemed or converted for other uses.
